Most recently as co-owner of a creative agency that grew from 15 to 75 talents under her leadership. As an independent entrepreneur, Map knows better than anyone how leadership and culture can make or break an organisation and she has a full backpack when it comes to breaking through tough cultural patterns. Map brings with her a wealth of experience in leading the most diverse teams.
