What is the role of ‘power’ in your life? Where do you draw your authority? How do you manage your inner self as well as managing others? How do you remain ‘whole’ no matter what challenges you face? Our society needs SUPERMEN who combine both masculine (Yang) and feminine (Yin) qualities in order to fulfil their responsibilities towards themselves and the world around them.
Is it for me?
This programme is not for macho men, bullies or softies, but for men who wish to explore their inner selves. Men who wish to act based on feelings rather than habit or received wisdom. It brings together people who are eager to take the next big step in their personal leadership and are willing to share their insights, experiences and questions with their fellow group members.
What are the benefits?
Having completed the three-day programme, you will be far more aware of your strengths and weaknesses. You will know more about how you feel, think and act when dealing with others. You will be able to remain true to your own authority, and will have learned how to express yourself and your objectives with maximum clarity. The workshop includes both mental and physical challenges that allow you to explore and expand your boundaries. You will meet and interact with other men who wish to increase their personal effectiveness.
Process
We begin with an intake interview, which is an opportunity for us to learn about you and your learning needs, and of course for you to meet us. Key components of the programme itself include the family review and the boxing clinic. Both help you to understand patterns that can facilitate or impair your actions and thus enable you to overcome obstacles. If you wish to continue your development, further coaching is available.

The three-day Superman programme is held once a year. The next edition is planned for 28, 29 June and 2 July 2018 and will be led by Eric van der List, with Robin van Soolingen leading the boxing clinic.
